Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS) won 5-3 over Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) in the Final of the International ZO Womens Tournament, held November 15 - 17, 2013 in Wetzikon, Switzerland.

Sidorova finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sidorova defeated Katja Kiiskinen (Hyvinkaa, FIN) 7-1, then won 11-4 against Tirinzoni and 10-2 against Ursi Hegner (Uzwil, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the International ZO Womens Tournament Championship title, Sidorova earned 9.900 world rankings points along with the $6,864CDN first prize cheque, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 6th place overall with 198.185 total points. Sidorova ranks 6th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 77.750 points earned so far this season.
