Barber finished 1-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barber lost 7-6 to Alyssa Despins (Saskatoon, SK), then responded with a 6-5 win over Brooke Tokarz (Saskatoon, SK). Barber went on to lose 7-1 against Sherry Anderson (Delisle, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
