Kreviazuk/Mathers responded with a 8-6 win over Jennifer Armstrong/Tyrel Griffith (Kelowna, BC). Kreviazuk/Mathers won 8-7 against Jessica Zheng/Victor Pietrangelo (Niagara Falls, ON). Kreviazuk/Mathers went on to lose 7-5 against Anne Sophie Gionest/Robert Desjardins (Chicoutimi, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
