Sara Messenzehl (Fuessen, GER) run at the 2024 St. Galler Elite Challenge came to an end in the semifinals with a 5-1 loss to Emira Abbes (Fuessen, GER).

Messenzehl finished 2-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Messenzehl lost 8-6 to Abbes, droppimg another game, 6-3 to Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI) where Messenzehl responded with a 8-1 win over Ilknur Urusan (Erzurum, TUR). Messenzehl won 9-0 against Elodie Jerger (Baden, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Messenzehl earned 2.125 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the St. Galler Elite Challenge. For week 26 of the event schedule, Messenzehl did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Messenzehl ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
