Klaudius Harsch (Fuessen, GER) finished 3-6 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Harsch defeated Weihaoping Wang (Beijing, CHN) 6-3, then went on to lose 8-2 against Ross Whyte (Dumfries, SCO). Harsch responded with a 7-3 win over Andrew Stopera (Chaska, USA). Harsch went on to lose 6-5 against Matthew Neilson (Naseby, NZL). Harsch lost 9-7 to Daniel Berggren (Sveg, SWE). Harsch lost 9-8 to Magnus Ramsfjell (Oslo, NOR). Harsch lost 8-6 to Tyler Tardi (Langley, CAN) where Harsch responded with a 10-5 win over Luca Rizzolli (Cembra, ITA). Harsch went on to lose 6-5 against Marco Hoesli (Glarus, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Harsch earned 3.960 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 28 of the event schedule, Harsch did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Harsch ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
