In their opening game, Chisholm defeated Tina Kozak (Carberry, MB) 6-2, then went on to lose 9-5 against Barb Spencer (Winnipeg, MB). Chisholm lost 9-4 to Joelle Brown (Winnipeg, MB) where Chisholm responded with a 7-2 win over Lisa McLeod (Winnipeg, MB). Chisholm went on to lose 7-3 against Sherry Just (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
