Jentsch won 11-4 against Iveta Stasa-Sarsune (Riga, LAT), then won 7-5 against Marianne Rorvik (Oslo, NOR) in their final qualifying round match.
Jentsch earned 15.422 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 22nd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 9.124 after improving upon their best so far this season. Jentsch ranks 22nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 114.861 points earned so far this season.
