To advance to the championship game, Jones won 6-3 over Kristy McDonald (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2014 DEKALB Superspiel in Morris, Manitoba, Canada; and won 7-6 over Joelle Brown (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2014 DEKALB Superspiel in Morris, Manitoba, Canada;
 
Jones finished 4-0 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jones defeated Meghan Armit (Winnipeg, MB) 5-4, then won 6-4 against Ontario's Cathy Auld and 6-5 against Ayumi Ogasawara (Sapporo, JPN). Jones won 5-3 against Breanne Meakin (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the DEKALB Superspiel, Jones take home 15.925 world rankings points along with the $6,750CDN prize, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 397.925 total points. Jones ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 127.925 points earned so far this season.
